Follow these six steps. Tap a step heading to show or hide its instructions. This tutorial does not send files or create tickets.
1Register or sign in
Open support.orchardtech.com.au. First time? Choose Register as a new customer, use your own email and follow the confirmation email. Already registered? Sign in or use the password-reset link.
“Customer” means your worker login. Check junk or spam for the confirmation email.
2Start your request
Choose New Ticket. Add a short Title and explain what you need in Text. For training records, choose the Training and documents group.
Example title: Training record for review. Use Payroll, Employment support, Worker wellbeing or Workplace safety when those better match the request.
3Attach your documents
Choose select attachment… below Text. Select a PDF or clear JPG/PNG photo from your device. Wait for the upload to finish and check every intended filename is listed.
Check every page is readable and the right way up. On a phone, your device may offer Files, Downloads or Photos. Keep your originals.
4Check and confirm
Check the message and every file. In Confirm before sending, select I checked: no sensitive data; onboarding uses DocuSign. Only confirm when this is true.
This is currently a dropdown. A new ticket cannot be created while it is blank. Later replies and email attachments must follow the same restrictions.
5Create and check
Select Create. Wait for the ticket to appear. Keep its number and check your files are attached. Check your email for the acknowledgement.
An acknowledgement means received, not approved. If the result is unclear, check your ticket list before trying again to avoid duplicates.
6Follow up on the same ticket
Open the ticket to add a reply or another file, then select Update. You can also reply to the ticket email. Keep the same conversation together.
Review new attachments before sending. If an upload fails, keep the file, check your connection and required fields, and try a smaller file. Contact Orchard Tech with the ticket number if needed.
