Victorian licence VICLHL06235 is held by Suvarnabhoomi Pty Ltd as trustee for the Suvarnabhoomi Discretionary Trust (ABN 16 102 266 894), the legal operator trading as Orchard Tech. Check the current licence status in the Labour Hire Authority register before engagement.

The labour-hire provider and host employer each have duties. For work in Victoria, they must consult, cooperate and coordinate, so far as reasonably practicable, to protect labour-hire workers. Hosts remain responsible for safe work, site information, training, supervision and risk controls relevant to the placement.

Labour-hire employees are employed by the labour-hire employer, which is responsible for pay and entitlements. The applicable award, enterprise agreement or other workplace instrument—and any regulated labour-hire arrangement order—must be assessed for the actual work.
