It depends. Some farm work can count as specified work for a second or third Working Holiday Maker visa, but only the Department of Home Affairs decides that.
Whether work counts depends on your visa subclass (417 or 462), your actual duties, the workplace postcode, the dates, how the days are counted, and the evidence you keep. Not every farm, packing, meat-processing or regional job qualifies. Completing work does not guarantee another visa.
UK passport holders applying for a subclass 417 visa on or after 1 July 2024 do not need specified work for a second or third 417 visa. They still need to meet all other eligibility rules.
