How to use Worker Support

Send to Orchard Tech

Choose the separate form that matches what you need to send. These forms do not replace emergency action, formal safety paperwork or other required processes.

Training and induction evidence

Upload clear photos or copies of your own approved training, induction, acknowledgement or competency-check record.

Page photos

Take a clear photo of every page, or choose page photos already on your phone. Add up to 10 JPG, JPEG or PNG files, in page order. PDF and HEIC are not accepted in this first production mode. Maximum: 8 MiB per file and 8 MiB for the complete submission.

Orchard Tech collects the fields and page photos in this form to receive, match and review your training and induction evidence. Each original JPG or PNG is privately staged, decoded, oriented, flattened, resized and rebuilt as a fresh generic JPEG. The original is deleted before email starts; only rebuilt pages are handed to workerforms@orchardtech.com.au. This process removes source filenames, EXIF/GPS and appended bytes, but it is not malware scanning. Files are not published or saved in the WordPress Media Library.

These files relate to my own Orchard Tech training or induction record. I checked that every page is clear and complete. This upload does not contain an incident or injury report, medical information, a grievance or complaint, payroll, tax or bank information, passport or visa information, or documents about another worker. I understand this upload will be received for review. It does not prove that the training, induction or competency has been verified. I have read the Privacy Collection Notice.

Photos (optional)

Do not take a photo if it is unsafe. Add one JPG, JPEG or PNG photo, maximum 8 MiB. The portal rebuilds its pixels as a new JPEG, no more than 2048 pixels on its longest side and 2 MiB, removing source EXIF/GPS and the original filename. A text alert can be sent without a photo. Where possible, avoid faces, injuries, number plates and private documents.

The original photo is privately staged outside the WordPress Media Library, validated, rebuilt as a fresh JPEG and deleted without being emailed. Pixel re-encoding removes the source EXIF/GPS and original filename. If rebuilding fails, the photo is not emailed; the validated text alert can still be handed off with an explicit photo-not-accepted result.

Message only. Do not include or try to attach passports, visas, identity documents, medical records, payroll, tax or banking details, completed private forms, or documents about another person. Use an approved separate channel if Orchard Tech asks for a document.

When choosing “Send without my name,” leave the name, worker ID and phone blank and choose “No” for reply. If Safari or a password manager autofills them, the portal discards those values before constructing the Orchard Tech email. This is not a promise of anonymity: the words you enter may identify you, and HTTPS, hosting and security layers may still receive or log request data.
